When it seemed like my ring would not make it in time, they even went as far as offering to temporarily set my grandmother's stone in a sample ring, so that we would at least have something for the photos that were already planned that night. Mike actually came into the jewelers ON HIS DAY OFF to ensure that everything went smoothly. Luckily, at the last moment, my ring arrived and they didn't have to use the sample ring, but the fact that they even made that an option really proves their loyalty to their customers. My ring is beautiful, but what made my experience with Pittman Jewelers truly memorable, was the amazing customer service.

It was a big name store, they tried hard to try and create a ring that looked like the one I fell in love with at Pittman. No matter what they had, nothing compared to the ring at Pittman's nor the service. Before making my final decision at Pittman I made multiple stops there to look at the ring. Each and every time I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile, Mike and his wife helped us out since visit one. They were extremely professional and made me feel like my happiness was important to them.

I was very pleased with the beautiful ring we purchased. Mike was attentive and available the entire time. We had a ring made so it was a bit before we received and he kept me updated and informed the entire time. I will not go anywhere for jewelry!
Try and stay local they are wonderful here. I went in for a new Lobster clasp for my diabetic bracelet they informed me that it was not broken and they were able to just fix the bent piece for free.
